All purchases on CPHQpractice are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription payments or Lifetime plan purchases.

Why No Refunds?

CPHQpractice offers a generous free tier that allows you to evaluate the platform before purchasing. Free accounts include 20 flashcards per domain, free mini exams, and sample games - enough to determine whether the platform meets your needs.

Subscription Cancellation

Full Access subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time through the billing portal. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Lifetime Plan

The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase. It provides permanent access to all current and future content. Lifetime plans are non-refundable and are registered to a single device.
