By accessing or using CPHQpractice.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

CPHQpractice is an online study platform for the Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) exam. We provide flashcards, practice exams, games, and study tools. We are not affiliated with NAHQ, HQCC, or any official certification body. All questions are original and independently developed.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person; sharing accounts is not permitted.

Subscription and Payment

CPHQpractice offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Full Access is a monthly subscription that can be cancelled at any time. The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment registered to a single device.

Content Ownership

All content on CPHQpractice, including questions, flashcards, explanations, and study materials, is the intellectual property of CPHQpractice. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share any content from the platform.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, screenshot, or redistribute exam content
  • Use automated tools to scrape or download content
  • Share your account with others
  • Attempt to circumvent access controls
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose

No Guarantee of Exam Results

CPHQpractice is a study tool and does not guarantee that you will pass the CPHQ exam. Exam results depend on many factors including your preparation, experience, and the specific exam you receive.

Limitation of Liability

CPHQpractice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
